Chart your blueprint

A licensed doctor reviews everything and builds a treatment plan around your biology, your needs and your goals which combines medication (where appropriate), nutrition guidance, and lifestyle support. You then walk through the plan with a member of your care team in an online consultation. Nothing starts until you're confident in the plan.

Refine your form

Before treatment begins, you’ll review your plan in an online consultation with a member of your clinical care team to walk through the plan together and make sure it feels right.

Everything happens via our patient portal, WhatsApp or over the phone. Medication (where appropriate) and supplements are delivered to your door within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Brand name medications are sourced from licensed wholesale pharmacies. Compounded medications are legally manufactured in South Africa by specialist compounding pharmacies regulated by the South African Pharmacy Council and the South African Department of Health.

All your medication is dispensed by a retail pharmacy which is certified by the South African Pharmacy Council (Y62747) and licensed by the South African Department of Health (GP03745C). You can verify details on the South African Pharmacy Council register.
