  1. It starts with a brief informal call with our Care Coordinator to understand your goals and where you are right now. No pressure, no commitment. An opportunity to talk it through with someone who understands and listens.
  2. Next, you'll complete a brief online assessment covering your medical history and lifestyle.
  3. One of our licensed doctors reviews your assessment and crafts a treatment plan around your specific needs by combining medication (where appropriate), nutritional guidance, and lifestyle support.

Before treatment begins, you’ll review your plan in an online consultation with a member of your clinical care team to walk through the plan together and make sure it feels right.

Everything happens via our patient portal, WhatsApp or over the phone. Medication (where appropriate) and supplements are delivered to your door within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Trueform connects you with licensed healthcare practitioners who specialise in medical weight loss and functional health. Your doctor will recommend a treatment plan based on your goals, your health history, and what's clinically appropriate for you. Every patient is different, and treatment reflects that so your plan may include a variety of different medications and/or supplements depending on your goals, medical history and other factors.

Brand name medications are sourced from licensed wholesale pharmacies. Compounded medications are legally manufactured in South Africa by specialist compounding pharmacies regulated by the South African Pharmacy Council and the South African Department of Health.

All your medication is dispensed by a retail pharmacy which is certified by the South African Pharmacy Council (Y62747) and licensed by the South African Department of Health (GP03745C). You can verify details on the South African Pharmacy Council register.

Yes. We work with a registered pharmacy which is fully licensed to dispense any medication available in South Africa against a valid prescription.

If you're already taking chronic medication or regular supplements, let us know and we can include them in your monthly delivery so everything arrives together.
